Baseball Tryouts – GL

Take your game to the next level with Canes Great Lakes.  We are excited to announce tryouts for the 2026-2027 season and are looking for dedicated, hard-working players ready to compete, develop, and be apart of a premier travel baseball program.

At Canes Great Lakes, our mission is to provide elite-level training, regional and high-level competition, and unmatched exposure opportunities.  Our experienced coaching staff is committed to player development both on and off the field - helping athletes reach their full potential.

What we Offer:

• 3 Distinct Levels of Teams
  • Regional Level (8-11U) are designed for players looking for a little more that what Recreational Baseball offers, yet still allows you to play on your Rec Team.
  • 1 Practice a week (Jan-May) and 4-5 tournaments
• Youth Travel (9U-13U)
  • Touch more commitment than our Regional Levels, but still a minimal amount of travel (1-2 weekend overnight trips per year)
  • 2 Practices per week (Jan-July) with 8-10 Tournaments
  • Additional skill development and performance training available
• High School (14U-17U)
  • Two distinct levels for each age.
  • Our Premier Levels are led by non-parent coaches and focus on high level exposure and travel.  Competing against the best in the Midwest
  • Our Prospect Level is designed for players still developing and striving to compete and invest more time into baseball
  • All players on both HS levels will tryout each year to determine team classifications.
