Jake Sandin is entering his 13th year with the organization where he is the director of youth baseball and director of softball. He started with coaching on the baseball side of Canes Iowa and currently coaches the 14u Sandin team and helps with Canes Iowa High School in the fall. Jake took over the softball program 3 years ago. He will continue to grow the softball side of the organization and is dedicated to making it one of the premier programs in the state like the baseball side is.

Caydance Sharp

Assistant softball directors and head coach of 11u

Caydance Sharp is one of the assistant softball directors and head coach of 11u Sharp. Caydance helps with our fielders, hitters and our catchers.

Grace Porter

Assistant Softball Director • 14u Coach

Grace Porter is entering her 2nd year with Canes Iowa Softball, where she is an Assistant Director as well as the 14u coach. Grace helps with our slappers, fielders and our pitchers.

Conner Julius

Assistant Youth Baseball Director • Head Coach - 13 Majors (Julius)

Conner Julius is entering his 3rd season with Canes Iowa. Conner is one of the youth baseball directors and is also the head coach of the 13u Majors Julius team. In the fall, he is also one of the Canes Iowa High School baseball teams.

Bubba Woods

Assistant Youth Baseball Director • Head Coach 9U Majors

Bubba Woods is entering his 6th year with the program. He is an assistant youth baseball director and the head coach of the 9 majors' team. He is also involved with our high school program where he helps coach in the spring and fall.
