About Canes Illinois

Founded in 2020 by Master Pitching Instructor Mark Sheehan, Canes Illinois was built on a simple mission: prioritize player health and long-term development. With expert coaches, science-backed training, and a culture focused on accountability and communication, we prepare athletes for their next level.

Our program features advanced tools like Trackman data, WIN VR training, ArmCare, and dedicated Velocity Pitching and Hitting programs. As part of the National Canes Organization, our players benefit from a nationwide network of elite teams and proven pathways to success.
